    For me, it is 'steady as she goes'..describing someone or something that is progressing in a stable manner.

    From Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English, the dregs of society/humanity not polite an offensive expression used to describe the people that you consider are the least important or useful in society.

    There are many people born in the 30's (like me) that might not be youthful but are still useful...
