FINALLY! WHAT TOOK SO LONG? The donjohn prez is being sued for violating the Emoluments Clause in the Constsitution! Saprised?

He did that January 20, 2017 the instant he was sworn into office as da big cheese. So the beginning of many lawsuits by many people for many things...criminal too. Oh boy. Any limit to how many lawsuits against one person at any one time? Is a bajillion OK?

    This is an old case just moving forward.
    It will lose as it is not an emolument....which is payment for a job/project.
