Who will the U.S pick a fight with to save the economy?

I'm thinking some unpopular, "2nd or 3rd world", backwater nation that lacks the economy or force (i.e. nukes) to defend itself so definitely no one like China, Russia, Australia or any of the Western European powers.  Perhaps the US will feel the need to attack civilize/liberate Bangladesh over this whole Rohingya/human rights debacle?

We already are.  We are picking a fight with TRUMP.  We want him impeached or there will be no economy to fight with or for.
