I've got the "Billion Dollar Babies" album on CD. I had it on vinyl more than 30 years ago and this joke is that old. One of my friends mentioned it while we were listening to the album all those years ago, he said he remembered looking for Cognito in the atlas after hearing that lyric for the first time. We had a good laugh about that. Lol:)
