Was it funny or bad of me?

In april 2017 when i was 16 and went to my village Falakata in west bengal state of india amd was going to Gangtok in Sikkim state of india in my uncle's car in the market area i saw a local college guy of age 18-20 sitting on the roof of a small shop made of tin. I showed him my tongue to make fun of him by being childish as i was 16 but he kept on staring at me until we went really far in our car. I was laughing as he couldnt catch me as we were in moving car and also he was on the roof so he needs some time ro get down. Hahaha only thing he had to do was stare

    Every april we used to go to Falakata unfortunately we wont go there now probably in december 2018 we will go
