Evernone isn't cut out to be a LEADER. Most people are followers. When a leader dies the followers look for another leader. Why so few?

Most people are not leaders or followers but we just want to live our own lives the way that we think best.  In our form of government we may choose someone to represent us, our views, our principles who comes closest to what we believe. But that is not a leader because we don't follow them. People looking just for someone or something to follow obviously feel they are incapable of guiding themselves.  People who know where they are going need no leaders.
