Some folks dwell on the past and keep dragging it forward with them. There is no statute of limitations. Everything is always NOW. Why?

Excellent at remembering and keeping grudges alive. Of course carrying so much baggage and never dropping off any will slow someone down. Weigh someone down. It is not something forward-thinking people do. The backward-looking and unthinking center their lives around it. SIGH. Why?
