If goofydoofylucy has power that trumps the power of the State Governor does his a ** have to be kissed, his ring kissed and the Governor genuflect and prostate himself to gain access to the National Guard for his state so they can attend to a real emeergency and not one that is phantom, fake, forged? How is that gonna work? Anyone know? If goofydoofylucy is in another country at the time..say Russia ...how long before his highna** can be contacted and permission granted?
