Morocco was pretty exotic. That would have to win the award there. New Zealand on the surface didn't seem very exotic, but I was very aware of how remote it was when I was there.
Gee we have several Floridians on here, including me. The most exotic place was the Valle de Cocora in Colombia. The wax palms there grow to 180 feet. They make the landscape look prehistoric.

San Francisco. I don't travel much, I only went there when I was visiting my grandmother. It was very strange and different than what it's like where I live. Chinatown was interesting though.
El Yunque Rain forest in Puerto Rico which has now been decimated by Hurricane Maria and Quito, Ecuador are probably the most "exotic" places I've been.
