Chief Executive Officer of Starbucks Kevin Johnson APOLOGIZED for the arrest of two black men. A video of it was posted online. Didja see?

Melissa de Pino, who posted the video, said that white customers were wondering why it never happened to them when they did the very same thing. So you defenders out there. Do you still think the employees were justified AFTER the CEO apologized and said he would make it right? Do you think you know better than a CEO what he wants his company to represent? Was it just your normal typical standard off-the-shelf robotic automatic response to all such wrongs because it is what you're programmed to do? Tsk tsk tsk.

The CEO has to do what they can for PR. Also said they were reviewing policy....so it was a no loitering policy.
Sometimes as business will do things to satify a customer even when the customer is not right.
