I looked up the dictionary definition of the word "prick". Wondered if it were an epithet. It isn't. But it isn't a compliment. Is it?

PRICK

1. Penis
2. An obnoxious or contemptible person

Neither definition seems particularly epithetic to me. Doth it to thee?
