    Most people I know can't stand the smell of bleu cheese. I love it. The more mold, the better. I love garlic and use it in many things I cook.

    Me too  Ele. We always have some blue cheese in the fridge. Years ago I remember my mom telling me to spread it thin (if it's in spreadable form) or cut it in thin slices. Then she said something that totally cracked me up and I still remember to this day. "Less is more"! She did. And I said "so if I don't spread any of it at all it will taste the best?" and she cracked up! Less is more has always made me laugh. Thank you for your reply.     I adore garlic.. when i worked in a kitchen I had a colleague who hated the smell, so I would always volunteer to do all the garlic peeling :)

    Me too Addb! It's also allegedly a blood purifier. Oh. And in the Old Country if you wear garlic around your neck it will ward off "the evil eye". What is that you ask? Well it is when people are jealous of you and wish evil to befall you. Garlic protects you from evil and vampires too? It is multipurpose. Who doesn't LOVE garlic bread or scampi laden with garlic? Thank you for your reply! :)
