I doubt that very much. They really don't get on. Were Turkey expelled from NATO (which isn't going to happen any time soon) it might happen, but I'm sure the preference would be to keep the basic ties as they are.
I don't think so. I don't think Russia wants them.
Turkey is a place to put military bases, that's why we are nice to them, because they help us engage in our favorite way to spend money which is to go to war. So we support them no matter how bad they are and look the other way. We support them as they support ISIS because we need ISIS to keep fear alive and military spending high.
Russia is actually properly against ISIS and has no need to put military bases in turkey.
