Per the Washington Post robots could replace 1/3 of the US workforce by 2030. We know why robots rock! Will humans ever replace robots?

Well the sun do shine on the bottom line for business owners y'all. So did the john of don DELIVER on coal jobs and steel jobs YET? Is there a timeline you are extending to the don to deliver on his promises? Are y'all working and doing just fine and the he** with others or still waiting waiting waiting waiting waiting?

    AI is the biggest threat humanity has ever faced.

    It will promote socialism not capitalism. Once a huge proportion of the population have no function, it will be a pretext for a massive welfare state. Businesses and those who are still employed will be taxed to hell to support the unemployed masses. There is no profit for businesses if there is a very limited market to sell their products. Who will buy the products made by the robots if most people are on welfare? The only thing empowered by this technology will be the state. As soon as 51% of the electorate is dependent on the state, it's game over for capitalism. 

    When the state views a group of people as worthless it does not end well. The welfare hoard still have a function for now. They provide a pretext to further centralise power into the state. Though when that process is complete and the state has full control, what then? If history is anything to go by, it ends in mass graves.
