You think fake news is bad now? Soon you will not be able to distinguish fake from real at all ever. What happens to us then?

All AI needs is ten minutes of hearing a voice and that voice can be replicated saying whatever lies are desired. Videos and audios can be created from scratch or existing ones can be manipulated and reconfigured to have anyone say any disgusting things you wish. Now we point to videos/audios when folks lie about what they said. We can nail them with their own words. What happens when we can no longer distinguish between what really happened and what was created in a lab? Seriously folks. What do we do then? If there is NO WAY to prove truth or refute lies what happens then?

The definition of honesty is a moral characteristic with attributes such as integrity, truthfulness, or absence of lying, cheating, theft, etc.  Those who frown on lying need to keep up with history and the history of people and organizations that have been known to lie in the past and present. There are always ways to tell the difference between the truth and a lie. We just have to be very aware of what's going on around us. I learned to question pretty much everything. I don't just latch on to something someone says and run with it. I'll research what's being said and the person saying it. It's a known fact that the liberal media lies on a regular basis so why would I suddenly not know the difference between fake and real news. Always be alert. :)
