What would happen if an AI chip were "installed"/implanted in a human being? What he/she become more intelligent immediately?

I think there is a vast difference in tracking and locating versus adding intelligence. The truth is that we've been adding, discovering and enhancing knowledge for thousands of years. There has been more discovery about the earth and the universe in our lifetimes than in the previous 500 years. As knowledge has increased, wisdom has lagged behind. We should consider too, that the heart of man is a dark country. For every advancement made, there are those who seek to use it against their fellow man. So would added intelligence mean added wisdom, or would it mean some immunity against the corruption of the heart? Without the wisdom to administer what we have, it's as Solomon said: "Vanity, all is vanity"
