He doesn't want to look bad. He never explains or apologizes. He will not allow anyone else to do he right thing since he is king of doing the wrong thing and all his subjects must obey or out they go. They are as bad as he is. Nothing admirable about any of them. They get paid well and oodles and boodles and lots of bennies. Crappy folks do get rewarded for being crappy. Go figger! :(
