If #MeToo is the reason they're running, it's proof they believe in a load of man hating bullshit, and will contribute absolutely nothing positive to political discourse. It's typical of hyper emotionalism, virtue signalling and delusions of persecution that characterises most female politicians.

If women want to be taken seriously in politics they need to stop taking about equality. Women already have legal equality. They need to woman up and compete. Falsely claiming that the system is unfair to them is what weak people do when they can't compete. Women who really have what it takes, like Margaret Thatcher, have nothing but contempt for such pretenders.
