Not attacking you. You come from a more genteel time, Rosie. Let me say this after spouting off like that. I like the fact that the Royal Family exists. I do like the history and the preservation.
I like that you like them for the reasons that you do. So, I am not attacking them.
It's like the movie The Titanic. I automatically hated it because they made such a big deal of it. Nothing is as wonderful as they tried in the media to make that movie. It was nauseating. I watched it years later and it was OKAY.
So, to me, Rosie, unless I am talking to a good fan of the Royals with good reason, I tend to spout off the fact that they are treated like they are GODs. They are just figureheads from an amazing legacy.
