Someone asked "what difference does gender make"? Seriously? What glass ceiling do men have to crash through?

What man was ever paid less for the doing the same job as a woman? What difference does gender make? What difference DOESN'T it make?

There is no glass ceiling. It's all just the choices people make and the fact that men and women are different.

It's simply a biological fact that more men are extremely intelligent than women. It's a fact that men on average are psychologically more inclined to shoot for the stars. So it's only to be expected that there are more men in the top jobs than women. There is no grand conspiracy to hold women back. There are just less women who are capable of competing at the highest levels than men. Business cares about the bottom line. They are going to promote the best people. If they didn't they would lose out in the free market to companies that did. Whatever they choose is what they believe to be optimal.

Very often they're not doing the same job. Take Hollywood for example. An actress is not doing the same job as an actor. She portrays a woman. He portrays a man. The market forces are completely different.

Why do women have such an inferiority complex? We're on the same team! It doesn't matter! Besides whether women are capable of being in the top jobs is irrelevant. Just because someone CAN do something doesn't necessarily mean they SHOULD. It would be best for highly intelligent and capable women to have children and pass on their genes. Obsession with gender equality is causing the most capable women to have less children and the least capable to have more. Eventually that will cause our civilisation to weaken.
