When we have shared views we really don't have to talk about it a lot. We know where we're coming from and why. What about unshared views?
Is there a point to talking about them? If we are rigidly recalcitrant and certain our views are the right ones and those who disagree feel equally adamant about their views what is gained by exchanging them? Best case? Worst case?
