The don juan is an example of empty brain syndrome. There is a vacancy where the brain should be and thus the mindless prez bumbles along. His gibberish sounds so good to so many he doesn't really need a brain. He has come far without one. An oddity to be sure. His mouth and fingers do the work. A healthy functioning brain would make the mouth and fingers be useful/valuable.
