Some folks are very strict, very rigid, very uninteresting. Others are flexible/inventive/playful. Can the rigid/flexible EVER be friends?

Stick-in-mud self-righteous rigid by-the-book inflexible people. Who wants to be friends with them? I dunno. If you can't play sometimes what's the point of being alive? All sour and sour and comber and glowering at those of whom you disapprove. Geez! SIGH.
