Why don't the perps get nailed and punished too? I guess sometimes they do but why not EVERY time? Happens on internet social sites a lot. Some folks attack other members with snide snarky insulting condescending supercilious arrogance consistently and they're just hunky dorry okey dokey swell. The one who reacts often is the ONLY one who is punished/rebuked and gets he**. I don't get it.
