One merely points out the latest thing the HATEFUL person did/said and rather than addressing it folks call you hateful. SAY WHAT?

Why is it that those who do the observing/reporting of fact get attacked while the observee is never criticized and always admired/adored no matter what he says/does? Why does it work that way? Makes no sense to me. Doth it to thee? Upon what basis?
