    This is going to sound cliché, for me it's understanding and wisdom. Being able to accept the things I can't change, courage to change what I can, wisdom to know the difference. Everything else is a spin.

    You're that young then Step? A puppy still? Thank you for your reply and Happy Thursday! :) I'm no spring chicken as you know.  30 years ago I was 48. What do I do better now? Let things slide off my  back. Let things go. Just focus on what brings me joy and pleasure and fun and let the rest of it go! :)
