Except if you are anti-gay and want to control what gays can do vis a vis you. You have the right to ignore their inalienable right to liberty (loving whom you want takes freedom of choice) and to prevent their pursuit of happiness by refusing to bake a wedding cake (you are a baker) to celebrate the wedding of a same-gender couple. Because YOU disapprove of that lifeststyle so YOU refuse to have any part in it.
That puts religion at the very top of the list. Above The Declaration of Independence. Above the Constitution. To bend to the "rights" of the few and crush the rights of the many.
I don't get it. Providing a wedding cake for a wedding is what bakers do. That's the business they are in. How does providing a cake support how it is used and by whom?
