Should a GOOD citizen never criticize never complain abpit never object to never disdain about his/her country? Whatever the country is guilty of do not admit it. Deny it. Focus on whatever good there is as if that is all there is. Hallmark of a GOOD citizen...a patriot...a "my country do or die but my country" gall or guy or a hallmark of something else? What else?
