The wealthy look down upon the very people who preserve their way of life. Preserve their ability to dine and wine and whine while they die and die and die. Some appreciation should be shown but all they show is disdain. How can they possibly be such ingrates? Are they all intellectually/emotionally defective? The arrogant disdainful ultra rich? They are not ALL like that. But there are enough of them that makes one think that too much intermarriage among families must be the cause. There are laws against things like that. But then the wealthy are known to be prone to ignoring laws. They are above them and laws don't pertain to them.
