THE SOUTHERN STRATEGY was a Republican Party electoral strategy to increase political support among white voters in the south by appealing to racism against African Americans. IT'S BAAAAAAAACK! Probably never left but the don juan is so obnoxiously obvious about his pandering to racists there isn't even almost an attempt to deny it/decry it. it's hardly a secret! :(
