So Boss Pruitt is a cheapskate when it comes to spending his own money but a promiscuously wanton spender when it is on the dime of the USA? Whaddya think about Boss Pruitt? Since "someone" adores Boss Pruitt he can get away with anything and you will continue to support/defend him just as you do "someone"? Really? Why?
