He will brag about how many times he has been on the cover of TIME not mentioning that ALL OF THEM ridiculed him in one way or another. He doesn't care. Just give him the spotlight. Then you can call him whatever you want . He won't hear you. He is too busy listening to himself and his own opinions which, as he informed us more than once, is the only opinion that counts. Once you're king you can do/say anything. Let's see what magnificent anythings he will do forthwith post haste! :( SIGH.
