Speaking not with the slang "cool" and being "cold," NO. It is NOT COOL at all the be COLD. I have poor circulation and I can tell you, my hands and feet are constantly cold. If and when I actually have circulation running throughout my hands and feet, I am the happiest and bubbliest wizardress you will ever meet. This is why I choose climates that are warm to live. It is a huge drag to be cold all the time. Don will tell you I suck all the heat out of his body when I put my feet on his in bed. A practice I do EVERY night. I figure, it keeps us both thin. It takes a lot of metabolism to keep us both warm! ;)
