North Korea is ALLEGEDLY the most monstrous purveyor of human rights violations. We know Putin is very good at violating human rights of journalists/citizens who oppose him. I mean having them murdered is definitely a human rights "violation". Why is don so enamored of the monstrous tough guys whose records of human rights are ghastly? Is he going to follow their lead and mimic them?
