Here's what I don't get. Why does ANYONE who has the money and can afford to pay for what he/she consumes/orders not pay? There is no logical sensible fair honest jusitifiable reason for it. That's like going out to dinner and leaving without paying. Then getting into your limousine and have your driver take you home to your gold-plated mansion.
