What substantive tangible anything did the US get from Kim? An agreement was signed by both. What did it say?

The wording was somewhat ambiguous. There was zero in there about HOW we were going to verify. There will be a an effort to denuclearize North Korea. There will be  further future meetings on this topic No dates are set for them. No time limits are set. No idea what the mechanics will be. No idea if what Kim means by "denuclearization" is what the US means.

Besides photo ops and attention what did the US walk away with? Anyone know? Future intentions alluded to and agreed to by two well-known liars means little. Doesn't it?
