Generally awards and prizes are given to the best and the brightest. What about the worst and dullest/dimmest? Aren't they worthy of awards?

I think it is Harvard that has a "Hasty Pudding Club" and they award Raspberries for the very worst performances. In fact those so anointed are honored and show up for the ceremony. Good natured fun I expect. A lousy performance in a movie, TV show, Stage Play hurts no one. It isn't a matter of life or death. It's just good clean poking fun at lack of talent. Lighthearted. It offsets Oscars and Emmys and Tonys. We need to offset a NOBEL PEACE PRIZE with something. What?
