Many companies have EMPLOYMENT MANUALS which outlines all the rules. Why isn't there one for a president?

Apparently the current prez tore up, ripped up many papers. It is what he always has done. He didn't know that once president everything he is involved in/with must be preserved? EVERYTHING? Now if there were an Employment Manual he could have avoided wasting people's time having to rescue the papers and tape them back together.

Well he would just ripe up the manual then it would cost American tax payers another $2.59 for Scotch tape. He also wasn't supposed to delete tweets or ban people but he did until a Judge let him know he couldn't do that, So I guess it will have to be the same with tearing up documents. I just posted a question in the political section titled - Do you think the White house spends too much money on Scotch tape? It has a happy ending so you might want to check it out. Cheers!
