Those who lose their lives to protect the lives of others at home or on a battle field are BRAVE
Those who speak up no matter the cost or lack of popularity of a cause are BRAVE
All the rest including silent politicians who pretend everything is fine and keep their eyes averted and their bowed heads down are not brave. Those who go along to get along despite the evil going on. Those who embrace evildoers because they are afraid not to do so. They are not brave and sadly their children see how afraid they are and mimic them. Just get through the day okay. Don't engage if you don't have to. Keep your eyes on your own plate. Don't object. Don't argue. Don't disagree. Don't criticize. Don't make waves. Don't attract attention. Bobbleheading is popular these days. SIGH.
