Hatch chilies grow in New Mexico and are shipped all over surrounding states. They are so gooood! There are Hatch chips, Hatch wine, Hatch everything. People go nuts for all the products made with those delicious chilies. Oh, Hatch cheese.
That's all right up the road from me. I even own my own chile roaster.
