It's estimated that 25 million people died from THE BLACK DEATH. BLACK PLAGUE. People seem to fear The Brown * Plague just as much. WHY?

*People of color. They are said to "INFEST" wherever they are. How will THE BROWN PLAGUE kill anyone? Just by its very presence does the essence seep into the skin and destroy from within? Any proven deaths from The Brown Plague? I know. They are ALL rapists and murderers and not the best that any country has to offer. The toddlers/infants/babies too. Touch them and you die. All the teens are MS 13's. The adults are all murderers, rapists. Every single one. All of them. BE AFRAID. BE VERY AFRAID. They are coming to get you!   :( SIGH

  • Resorting to such crude metaphors is really grasping at straws in one's struggle to make a rational argument about a serious problem. If we're going to play a game of semantics, I'd prefer to refer to the problem as "international visitation by less than conventional means while avoiding authoritative repercussions". That's better than those scary images of plagues or "infestations". While we're at it, we could refer to incidents of armed robbery as "appropriation of wealth by aggressive persuasion that bypasses civility" or how about this one for murder, "Bringing about abrupt cessation of life without  sanction or permission by the use of extraordinary force". We could go on and on but the point is made. We all can play word games. Some of these little exercises actually avoid spreading fear and bigotry.
