A CORRUPT check-and-balance system isn't a check-and-balance system at all. It is a charade. Masquerade. Lipsticked pig. Why pretend?

It only becomes CORRUPT when you make unreasonable demands that the judiciary become a "rubber stamp" for what YOU perceive to be constitutional. Legislating from the bench comes to mind. If the legislative branch won't cave in to demands, make the court the last port of refuge to enforce "my way or the highway". The left LOVES the court as long as they do as they're told. Using international law as the standard for determining constitutionality doesn't wash either. We have a feeling too, that when confirmation hearings begin, the old slander, slurs and character assassination routine will kick in to prevent some able jurist from doing the job as it was always intended. No, there's only one pig wearing lipstick here and that's the mythology of the left that can only be validated by coercion and threats.
