Wonder if "The New Kids on the Block" would have been so popular had they been called "KIDS IN KENNELS"?

Maybe some of the immigrant kids who are being kept in cages/kennels are musical. Maybe one day we will hear/see them at the top of the charts writing songs about what they experienced in America! Wouldn't that rock? Or the JACKSON FIVE had been THE KENNEL KIDS FIVE?
