King don doesn't. He ignores The Constitution when it is convenient and invokes it in words only when he wants to sound very patriotic and presidential. It doesn't. The Constitution means nothing to him so why should it mean anything to any appointee? The only THING he will demand is complete obedience in all things. Never cross the King. Always agree with him. Render decisions that have been pre-approved by King don. A rubber-stamp. A mini-him. SIGH.
