Should we celebrate the resignation of EPA Director Scott Pruitt or be afraid that his replacement will be even worse for the environment?

Interim chief and former coal lobbyist, Andrew Wheeler, is already under investigation for ethics complaints.

How do people who do everything in their power to screw the environment end up being in charge of protecting it?

To your first question: Is that even possible?
It is cause to celebrate any time a pathologically corrupt SOB is chased out of public office. Sad that Pruitt won’t see jail time, though. At least his political career is dead.

To the second question: By being nominated by an unfit executive who favors miscreants who pander to his ego.

The environment always suffers in the end, SA, the old clowns now dictating policy won’t be around to endure the eventual fallout of their negligence.

    100% correct, per usual.
