1. Secure the border 2. Build the wall 3. Deport Criminals 4. Those who have been here without crime....can have legal status 5. DACA elligable people be given citizenship but without the ability to get citizenship for their parents whom did enter illegally
Requirements for DACA:
A. We secure the border (so we don't have the same problem later) B. The children cannot be criminals now or in the future. C. The children must graduate high school. D. The children must get a job. E. When they are granted citizenship, they cannot use it to get citizenship for their parents who did enter the country illegally. If the parent is not a criminal...then they may be grant legal status but not citizenship.
If they fail any of B, C, or D then they go to their parents country.
6. Create merit based system (of course we still allow refugees) 7. End Birth based citizenship (Stops practice of "anchor babies") citzenship is the same as the parents. 8. Limit Chain migration to immediate family only 9. If parent is deported their noncitizen children must also be deported with them.
