I love Robert De Niro, he's one of my fav. actors, I think he needs a vacation though. If he really is quoted as saying that, he's loos'en it upstairs. I agree Trump is nuts, but nothing close to the Taxi Driver character.

I never saw the movie so I don't know what kind of crazy the De Niro character was. However he was not running for prez. Trump is. His crazy will destroy this country if given a chance.

As I recall, the Taxi Driver character was involved with an underage girl. Rump has an awfully young wife, but she is not underage.
