No state TV will be allowed for preferred interviews. A pool of reporters from all stations will be used.
No billionaires will ever be hired to fill any government job

No cell phones may be used independently. Any use will be under the supervision of a non-partisan priest

Also all INTELLIGENCE briefs prepared by staff MUST BE READ AND UNDERSTOOD by the prez. He/she will have to take tests and he/she better pass. A fail means booted out on the spot. No coddling. No looking the other way. No lying. No making excuses for incompetence impotence ineptness. No way . No how. No time.
There will be no one on one meetings with anyone without staff being present to take notes and report whata went on. Copies will be made available to the public and to the pool press. There will be NO EXCEPTIONs
