Per a late night comedian. If one is true the other should be true too. Per him. Per you?

    A prez should not be above the law.. no one should.. if one person is then that makes a mockery of the law... I hadn't heard of the other one..

     It was said by a late-night comedian. I saw a clip of it. He said if having a hard job places you ABOVE THE LAW then moms with 3 kids should get away with murder. You see the point he was making. The argument by Kavanaugh years go that a sitting president should not be burdened with civil or criminal lawsuits while in office because it distracts him from the job of being president. Only after he leaves office should he be indicted. That is precisely WHY trump chose Kavanaugh as his appointee to fill the Kennedy seat on SCOTUS. It is a ridiculously absurd statement. No one SHOULD be above the law. But if the powers that be who could do something do nothing then such person in actuality is above the law.  Stupid dumb ignorant Justice. Just what trump is comfy with. SIGH. Thank you for your reply Addb! :)
