Mueller is saving the best for last. Indictng all the colluding conspiring traitorous treasonous Americans who partnered up with the Russians to destroy the American presidential election. Were they all "WILLING" or were some of them "obtuse stupid dumb useful idiots"? So stupid dumb they didn't realize the folks with whom they were working so hard to take Hillary down and presidentize trump were not fellow Americans but were RUSSIAN AGENTS? Should the penalty for a stupid dumb traitor committing treason be any different than the penalty for being a willing knowledgeable traitor and committing treason? I'm gonna ask.
